Since its establishment in 2010, UKING Technology has been focusing on the research, development, production and sales of large-size (6 inches and above) conductive SiC crystal growth equipment. In 2019, the company successfully developed a 6-inch resistive SiC single crystal growth equipment. After continuous process optimization, it has now launched the fourth-generation model - UKING ERH SiC RV4.0 resistive SiC crystal growth equipment, which is suitable for 6-inch and 8-inch mass production. The large-size resistive crystal growth equipment successfully delivered to an internationally renowned customer in April this year has successfully passed the acceptance.
