Seres Auto acquires part of Seres Electric's equity

Seres Automobile announced that it will acquire 55% of the equity of its holding subsidiary Seres Electric for approximately RMB 1.254 billion. The acquisition is held by Jingyun Chuangfu and Seres New Fund.
