Recently, the Shanghai Stock Exchange announced the termination of the review of the initial public offering of Huayi Microelectronics Co., Ltd. and its listing on the Science and Technology Innovation Board. Huayi Microelectronics is a company focusing on the research and development, design, packaging testing and sales of high-performance power devices. The company and its sponsor Tianfeng Securities Co., Ltd. have submitted an application to withdraw the listing application documents.
