Application and Advantages of FlexRay Technology in Modern Automobiles

FlexRay, as an advanced automotive bus technology, is changing the rules of the game in the automotive industry with its high transmission rate, synchronous time base, determinism, high fault tolerance, flexibility and reliability. This technology was originally proposed by the FlexRay Alliance, which was jointly founded by BMW, DaimlerChrysler, Philips and Motorola in 2000, aiming to provide standard protocols for advanced powertrain, chassis and wire control systems worldwide.
