Apple plans to delay mass production of iPhone AP using TSMC's 2nm process

According to people familiar with the matter, Apple plans to postpone the mass production of the new iPhone application processor (AP) using TSMC's 2nm process until 2026. The reason is that TSMC's 2nm process capacity is limited, resulting in excessive production costs. TSMC is making every effort to increase production capacity to support the rapid mass production of advanced processes such as 2nm.
