Micron plans to expand U.S. DRAM production capacity to meet demand from various industries

Micron plans to expand domestic DRAM production capacity by investing $2.17 billion to expand its semiconductor plant in Manassas, Virginia. The expansion will focus on producing specialized DRAM memory for industrial, automotive, aerospace and defense applications to meet the growing demand of these industries.
