Hesai Technology, a LiDAR technology company, was recently reported to be carrying out a large-scale layoff plan, which may involve hundreds of people. The layoff compensation plan is N+1, and employees will not receive year-end bonuses. Despite the layoffs, Hesai Technology's LiDAR delivery volume exceeded 100,000 units in December, becoming the world's first LiDAR company to deliver more than 100,000 units in a single month.
