Beijing officially legislates for autonomous driving

The "Beijing Autonomous Driving Vehicle Regulations" was voted through at the 14th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 16th Municipal People's Congress and will come into effect on April 1, 2025. It focuses on making provisions in areas such as autonomous driving technology innovation and infrastructure planning and construction.
