NIO sets up a new global business development department, with Chen Chen as the head

NIO announced the establishment of a new global business development department, led by Chen Chen, who will report to Qin Lihong, the company's co-founder and president. The department will be responsible for business expansion across multiple brands and regions. Chen Chen was previously the head of NIO's sales business and was in charge of the company's overseas project "Marco Polo Project" in 2020.
