Dongfeng and Ganfeng cooperate to develop second-generation semi-solid-state batteries

Dongfeng and Ganfeng are working together to develop the second-generation semi-solid-state battery, which is expected to be mass-produced in the first half of 2024. Ganfeng is also transitioning from semi-solid to all-solid, with the main route being the oxide/sulfide route, matching high-nickel positive electrode and metallic lithium negative electrode.
