Jiejie Microelectric plans to acquire a subsidiary for RMB 284 million to strengthen its power semiconductor chip business

Jiangsu Jiejie Microelectronics Co., Ltd. announced on December 30 that it plans to acquire 8.45% of the equity of Jiejie Microelectronics (Nantong) Technology Co., Ltd. for RMB 284 million in cash. The acquisition will further enhance Jiejie Microelectronics' business strength in the field of power semiconductor chips. Jiejie Nantong Technology mainly produces high-end power semiconductor chips, such as VD MOSFET chips, SGT MOSFET chips, etc., which are mainly used in new energy vehicles, photovoltaics and other fields.
