Xinlian Integrated completed the acquisition of Xinlian Yuezhou for RMB 5.9 billion and entered the silicon carbide chip market

On December 30, Xinlian Integrated Circuit announced that it had completed a major acquisition, purchasing 72.33% of Xinlian Yuezhou's equity from 15 transaction parties at a price of 5.897 billion yuan. The acquisition will help Xinlian Integrated Circuit get rid of its over-reliance on automotive electronics business and enter the silicon carbide chip market. Xinlian Yuezhou is a leading silicon carbide chip manufacturer in China, and its 6-inch SiC MOSFET shipments are among the top in China.
