Wingtech Technology recently announced that it has signed a "Sale Intent Agreement" with Luxshare Co., Ltd., planning to transfer its equity and operating assets of 9 target companies to Luxshare Co., Ltd. or its designated party. The transaction is expected to be carried out in cash and does not involve the issuance of shares.
