u-blox’s latest u-safe is pre-certified by ISO-26262/ASIL-B and is designed for autonomous vehicles. This end-to-end positioning solution integrates extensively tested safety elements and seamlessly integrates into advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) architecture, significantly reducing time to market. u-safe utilizes mature automotive navigation system components to provide advanced ADAS positioning solutions to first-tier suppliers and OEMs to improve reliability and safety. This solution is suitable for ADAS applications at L3 level and above, while L2+ level applications can also benefit from it to prepare for moving to higher automation levels.
