Innoscience has not only established factories in Suzhou and Zhuhai, but also set up subsidiaries in Silicon Valley, Seoul, Belgium and other places. While developing the mainland China market, the company is also constantly expanding overseas markets. In 2023, Innoscience provided gallium nitride products to about 100 customers at home and abroad, of which overseas sales revenue was nearly 58 million yuan, accounting for 10% of total revenue.
