At the beginning of the new year of 2025, Farasis Energy announced that it was planning a change of control. This power battery manufacturer with a market value of tens of billions of yuan may usher in a new owner. Farasis Energy entered the capital market in 2020 and began to seek to sell to state-owned capital just three years after its listing. In July 2023, Guangzhou State-owned Assets attempted to acquire control of Farasis Energy, but later changed to acquire shares through a private placement, and there has been no further news since then. However, in December 2024, Guangzhou State-owned Assets took action again, and Farasis Energy's shareholder Shenzhen Anyan agreed to transfer no more than 2% of the total share capital to Guangzhou Industrial Control Holdings' Industrial Control Capital.
