According to industry analysis, the "involution" phenomenon of mature process wafer foundries in mainland China is coming to an end, and the trend of price reduction competition is fading. It is reported that Hua Hong will increase its quotation by 10% in the second half of the year, ending the two-year trend of falling prices for mature process foundries, indicating that the industry is gradually moving out of the adjustment period and moving in a healthy direction. In addition, the mature process quotations of Taiwanese wafer foundries such as UMC, World Advanced, and Powerchip also show signs of rising, which will help improve their operating performance.
