Many companies are promoting the development of 100% silicon-based anode technology

This year, many companies including Sionic Energy, ProLogium, Bocellis, Enovix and GDI are advancing the technology development of 100% silicon-based anodes to improve the energy density and fast charging performance of lithium batteries. For example, ProLogium has used silicon-based anodes in solid-state batteries to achieve an energy density of 321Wh/kg and can be charged from 5% to 80% in 8.5 minutes.
