(hereinafter referred to as "National Big Fund III") recently made its first overseas investment, injecting a total of RMB 164 billion into the National Jixin (Beijing) Equity Investment Fund and Huaxin Dingxin (Beijing) Equity Investment Fund. Huaxin Dingxin (Beijing) Equity Investment Fund was established on December 31, 2024. The National Big Fund III invested RMB 93 billion, with a shareholding ratio of up to 99.9001%. Another investor, Huaxin Investment Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huaxin Investment"), invested RMB 93 million, with a shareholding ratio of 0.0999%, and is the actual controller of this limited partnership.
