Beijing and Wuhan announce regulations for L3 autonomous vehicles on the road

According to the latest news, Beijing and Wuhan have respectively passed the "Beijing Autonomous Driving Vehicle Regulations" and the "Wuhan Intelligent Connected Vehicle Development Promotion Regulations", which are expected to be implemented in 2025. Both new regulations involve specific provisions for the testing and road driving of autonomous driving vehicles above Level 3, and make detailed divisions of liability for autonomous driving vehicle accidents.
