In order to effectively reduce production costs, automaker Stellantis Group is considering terminating its partnership with certain auto parts suppliers and plans to produce related parts on its own. Although the official list of suppliers involved has not yet been disclosed, it is known that its suppliers include well-known brands such as Valeo, Continental, Magna, Forvia and Aptiv. Behind this decision is the statement of Stellantis CEO Tavares Tang, who said: "When the speed of suppliers cannot keep up with the speed of our team, we find that insourcing has huge advantages. Therefore, we can transfer outsourced work to internal completion."
