Yandong Micro plans to increase its capital by RMB 4.02 billion, and Nortel's integrated 12-inch production line is ready to go

Beijing Yandong Microelectronics plans to issue A-shares to Beijing Electronics Holdings Co., Ltd., raising no more than 4.02 billion yuan, of which 4 billion yuan will be used for the Nortel Integrated 12-inch integrated circuit production line project. The project is expected to start construction in 2024 and achieve mass production by the end of 2026.
