Lincoln China adjusts sales strategy and optimizes dealer network

Lincoln China is adjusting its sales strategy to optimize its dealer network. The company plans to close some 4S stores with remote locations and poor long-term profitability, gradually reducing the number of 4S outlets from 150 to 115. In addition, Lincoln China will ensure the health of the entire dealer network by lightweight operations and streamlining poorly managed outlets. Finally, Lincoln China will open 1S stores and 2S stores that focus on enhancing the luxury brand image or sales and services in areas closer to consumers to increase network coverage.
