Waymo makes significant progress in autonomous driving

Waymo, a subsidiary of Google parent company Alphabet, has made significant progress in the autonomous driving industry. This year, its driverless taxi business has covered Phoenix, San Francisco and Los Angeles, with total trips exceeding 5 million. Waymo plans to launch commercial services in Austin and Atlanta and expand its user base through the Uber platform. In addition, Waymo will enter Miami in 2025 and open its services to the public in 2026.
