As of June 2024, Innoscience's cumulative shipments will exceed 850 million units, including more than 340 million GaN devices and about 20,000 GaN wafers. In terms of performance, Innoscience's growth rate is remarkable. In 2023, Innoscience achieved revenue of approximately RMB 593 million, an astonishing 769% increase compared to 2021.
