Cui Dayong revealed that the Qianmo Big Model has been applied to three scenarios: driver and passenger service, intelligent dispatch, and travel guarantee. For example, with the help of the Qianmo Big Model, the efficiency of T3 Travel's manual customer service processing has increased by more than 10%, which can save more than 500 hours of work time for customer service and free up 50 people per day. Cui Dayong said that the internal test of the Qianmo Big Model has been launched, and T3 Travel users will soon be able to enjoy the taxi-hailing smart assistant service, which will be more convenient for the elderly or children to take a taxi.
