Nezha Automobile releases integrated die-casting technology strategy

Nezha Auto released its Haozhi strategy on August 21, 2023, which includes integrated die-casting technology. Nezha Auto and LK Group jointly developed an integrated die-casting machine with a capacity of over 20,000 tons. The main indicators include a single die-casting part size of up to 5 square meters, more than 100 parts combined into one part, a 15% weight reduction, a reduction of more than 3,000 connection points, a reduction of nearly 100 processes, and a reduction of dozens or even hundreds of workers.
