Infineon Technologies plans to invest 5 billion euros to expand its third plant in Kulim

Infineon Technologies plans to invest 5 billion euros in the next five years to build the second phase of the third plant in Kulim. It is expected that by the end of 2030, with the 200mm SiC transformation projects in Villach and Kulim, the annual SiC revenue will reach about 7 billion euros.
