Solid Power, a US company, develops high-performance solid-state batteries

Solid Power, a US company, has designed a solid-state battery based on sulfide electrolytes, which has an energy density 50%-100% higher than modern lithium-ion batteries. The company plans to achieve large-scale production by 2028 to power 800,000 electric vehicles.
