Basic Semiconductor releases several new silicon carbide MOSFET products

Basic Semiconductor released a number of new SiC MOSFET products at PCIM Europe 2024, including 2000V/1700V series high-voltage SiC MOSFET, automotive-grade SiC MOSFET, third-generation SiC MOSFET and industrial-grade SiC power module PcoreTM2 E2B, etc. These new products will be widely used in new energy vehicles, DC fast charging, photovoltaic energy storage and other fields, helping the industry achieve higher energy efficiency and application reliability.
