Baosteel terminates plan to spin off Baowu Carbon for listing

Baosteel Group Co., Ltd. has decided to terminate its plan to spin off its negative electrode material business Baowu Carbon to be listed on the Growth Enterprise Market, and has withdrawn the relevant listing application documents.
