Huawei's electric car partner Seres considers secondary listing in Hong Kong

According to people familiar with the matter, Huawei's electric vehicle partner Seres (601127) is considering a secondary listing in Hong Kong, China, which could help the company raise more than $1 billion. If the plan is implemented, Seres may list in Hong Kong next year.
