NXP and ZF collaborate on SiC-based traction inverters

NXP Semiconductors has collaborated with electric vehicle component supplier ZF to develop a next-generation SiC traction inverter solution for electric vehicles. The solution is designed to accelerate the adoption of 800-V and SiC power devices and improve the powertrain performance of electric vehicles.
