Shanghai Pudong Venture Capital announced that Shanghai Hejian Industrial Software Group Co., Ltd., a leading company in the domestic independent digital EDA field, has completed a Series A investment of nearly one billion yuan. Hejian Industrial Software was established in 2020 and is headquartered in Zhangjiang, Shanghai. It focuses on the research and development of domestic high-performance industrial software and solutions, especially in the EDA field, and has made significant breakthroughs. The company's EDA full-process platform tools for digital chip verification, as well as its multi-dimensional development in digital implementation of EDA tools, design IP, systems and advanced packaging levels, have demonstrated strong competitiveness.
