Knowles Electronics sells its consumer MEMS microphone business to Syntiant

Knowles Electronics recently released a press release announcing that its consumer MEMS microphone business (CMM business) has been sold to Syntiant. This marks a change in the global MEMS industry landscape. Syntiant has officially entered the MEMS microphone market and will replace Knowles Electronics' position in the world.
