The total investment of the Xingdi Technology project is as high as 3 billion yuan, of which the first phase investment is 1 billion yuan, which will be used to plan and build semiconductor production plants and supporting facilities. According to the project leader, the construction period of the project is 18 months, and the annual output of 6-inch GaN epitaxial wafers is expected to be 120,000 pieces.
