Toyota extends production suspension to end of July due to fraud

Toyota Motor announced that it has decided to extend the suspension of production of three models until the end of July due to fraud discovered in Japan's national certification tests. This decision is to wait for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan to complete the confirmation of the safety of these models, while the company itself is also conducting additional investigations. The suspension will affect more than 1,000 suppliers.
