Koito to produce autonomous driving lidar capable of detecting 300 meters away

Japanese auto parts manufacturer Koito Manufacturing will showcase a long-range, high-precision sensor LiDAR for autonomous driving at CES 2025, which can measure up to about 300 meters ahead. Production of this product will begin in 2027.
