Top Group plans to acquire Wuhu Changpeng to enhance market competitiveness

Ningbo Top Group Co., Ltd. announced that it plans to acquire 100% of the equity of Wuhu Changpeng Auto Parts Co., Ltd. for no more than RMB 330 million. After the transaction is completed, Wuhu Changpeng will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Top Group, further consolidating its position in the automotive industry.
