Foxconn expects revenue to exceed NT$7 trillion in 2025

Foxconn's revenue in the fourth quarter of 2024 reached NT$2.13 trillion (about US$64.72 billion), a year-on-year increase of 15.2%, exceeding analysts' expectations. For the whole year of 2024, Foxconn's revenue reached NT$6.86 trillion, a record high. The company said that strong demand for AI servers has driven revenue growth in its cloud and network products division, with customers including AI chip company Nvidia. At the same time, the annual year-on-year growth of smart consumer electronics, including the iPhone, has remained basically stable. Hon Hai Chairman Liu Yangwei predicts that the revenue scale in 2025 is expected to exceed NT$7 trillion. In addition, Hon Hai is expanding its layout in the field of smart cities and is working with Nvidia to develop service humanoid robots in Kaohsiung using the latest software technology and hardware platforms.
