Yutong Optics announces acquisition of 80% equity interest in Jiuzhou Optics

On June 16, Yutong Optics announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Yutong Automotive Vision will acquire 80% of the equity of Jiuzhou Optics for RMB 235 million. After the completion of this transaction, Yutong Optics and its wholly-owned subsidiary will own 100% of Jiuzhou Optics, making Jiuzhou Optics a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yutong Optics.
