MediaTek turns to developing next-generation Dimensity 9500 chips

MediaTek is reportedly actively developing the next-generation Dimensity 9500 chip, which is expected to be released at the end of this year or early next year. As TSMC's 2nm process is too expensive and Apple's M5 series chips will also use this process, MediaTek decided to use N3P, the third-generation 3nm process, to manufacture the Dimensity 9500.
