Huaqin Technology acquires Haocheng Intelligent Technology to strengthen its layout in the robotics business

Huaqin Technology recently announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary has signed an equity transfer agreement with Shenzhen Haocheng Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., holding 75% of the shares of Haocheng Intelligent Technology. With the completion of the industrial and commercial changes, Haocheng Intelligent Technology officially became a holding subsidiary of Huaqin Technology.
