Ford woos top electric car engineers to speed development of affordable electric vehicles

Ford Motor has recently implemented a bold talent strategy, attracting top electric vehicle engineers from companies such as Tesla, Rivian, Apple and Lucid Motors. This move is aimed at accelerating the development of its affordable electric vehicles. According to reports, Ford's electric vehicle team has rapidly expanded from less than 100 people a few months ago to about 300 people, including 50 former Rivian employees, 20 former Tesla employees and 10 talents who have participated in Lucid and Apple's electric vehicle projects.
