Aikodi plans to acquire 71% stake in Zhuoerbo

Aikodi announced plans to purchase 71% of the equity of Zhuoerbo (Ningbo) Precision Electromechanical Co., Ltd. by issuing shares and paying cash, and will issue shares to raise matching funds. After the completion of this transaction, Zhuoerbo will become a holding subsidiary of Aikodi.
