Yandong Microelectronics expands integrated circuit production capacity

Yandong Microelectronics is one of the first companies in China to build a 4-inch production line, and has since built 6-inch, 8-inch and 65nm 12-inch production lines. The 12-inch integrated circuit production line project, with technology nodes covering 28nm and above processes, is a major investment and technology iteration for the company in the field of integrated circuit manufacturing. The project aims to promote the company's process technology capabilities from the existing 65nm to higher process nodes, and further enhance the company's competitive advantage and profitability in the industry.
