u-blox and GMV join forces to provide advanced secure positioning solutions for the automotive industry

Recently, u-blox, a leading global provider of positioning and wireless communication technologies and services, and GMV, a leading company in navigation technology, have established a partnership to jointly provide advanced end-to-end secure positioning solutions for automotive applications. The solution combines u-blox's GNSS receiver hardware with GMV's safety correction services, sensor fusion, and positioning engines to improve performance, reduce costs, and meet the needs of automotive applications. From the second quarter of 2023, u-blox will launch this solution directly to the market, including integration services and certification support. The solution is suitable for automotive autonomous driving applications at ADAS L2+ level and above.
