Musk downplays new U.S. car companies

Tesla CEO Elon Musk has been pessimistic about U.S. new car companies Rivian and Lucid on social media, saying that Rivian will run out of money in about six quarters if it does not drastically cut costs, while Lucid's survival depends entirely on support from Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF).
