Merrison announces completion of full acquisition of Ningbo Shenglong Automotive Powertrain

Merrison Corporation announced that its wholly owned subsidiary MLS has successfully acquired all the shares of SLW, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ningbo Shenglong Automotive Powertrain Co., Ltd. The transaction was completed on June 9, 2024.
