Aptiv announced that it has completed the acquisition of 85% of Intercable Automotive Solutions, an industry leader in high-voltage power distribution and interconnection technologies. The acquisition will strengthen Aptiv's position in the field of automotive architecture systems and enhance its ability to provide complete systems for electric vehicles. Intercable Automotive Solutions expects sales to exceed 250 million euros in 2022, and its product portfolio covers high-voltage busbar technology, solid-state electrical centers, etc.
